For home consoles, the N64.
Sorry, but The Zelda games were far too aged when I played them, Mario Kart was completely broken and Mario 64 had some pretty annoying missions that really took away from the game. Smash Bros. was nothing special since I already played Melee.
Having played the SNES, the games felt far less aged than the N64 games.
For handhelds, GBA. Nintendo had a really weak First Party on this handheld.
