Don't believe ALL of that. It's the doctors who are padding their wallets with nonstop patients and their "chronic ailments that need prescriptions monthly".
Are you aware of all of the drugs that are not filtered before going into city water supplies? How does that make you feel that someone had a prescription, their body didn't metabolize it so it was either urinated or pooped into the sewers, not filtered before released into the water supply and then some water supplies down river picking those drugs up and passing them to their users. It happens!
