Heh.. I think chances are slim, they won't give Sony the holidays all for themselves. They're probably trying to secure exclusive deals from third party developers (timed exclusives and DLC) for their unveil and preparing for E3. Think it's way too late to change hardware choices now, apart from adding more of the same ram type and maybe (and this is a big maybe) up the clock speeds.

I agree unlikey they not release this year.  Plus, haven't they already purchased a bunch of chips? They can't really upgrade chips they already have purchased can they?

But I wouldn't be surpized if they are tweaking things.  Like you suggested Ram, Clock Speeds.

What else might they do?  OR what else might you want?

The final dev kit was most likely done a few months ago so not much can really be done to really change it. Maybe a few tweaks here and there. That being said, we don't know how powerful its going to be. It was rumoured to be 1.2TF for the GPU but we don't know if it has changed since the information was leaked.

All we can do is sit and wait until the bombs go off in May.. lol.
