Ground Zeroes and Phantom Pain are 2 seperate games. PP is definitely for PS360 but wont talk about Ground Zeroes

I just watched the whole hour and half from KOJIMA GDC presentation, it is clear to me that it is only one game. I don´t get this rumor, Kojima just said the game has two phases, like MGS2.
