One of the biggest surprises to me was that all your units were actual characters with thoughts feelings etc., thus making me want to keep them all alive. If someone dies I would restart the mission until I beat it with no deaths. It's pretty rare that I actually care about the characters enough to do something like that. Also I was just like lol whut when MyUnit and Stahl got married. Never seen marriages in a vid game before, oh wait nvm Super Paper Mario lolz. But yeah all in all great game. Despite not having much multiplayer, which is generally a key factor for a game to be good to me, I'll likely still be playing this game for some time to come. Hopefully the Wii U FIre Emblem will be very similar to Awakening, only with online multiplayer. Sorry for uber long post. Just be thankful it isn't longer as it easily coulda been. :P

In any case, I'd love to see how character relationships will be handled in Shin Megami Tensei X Fire Emblem. It's going to be a doozy!
