I'd like a new Advance Wars as well. Intelligent Systems certainly steep up their game with Fire Emblem for 3DS, and I usually prefer the gameplay style Advance Wars. That's not the case anymore since Awakening may be my new favorite handheld game, but a new Advance Wars has a shot at claiming the throne.
