I voted for the Gamepad. Even if the games would come, I would still prefer to play third Party games on a normal controller. These "innovative" controllers are more often a nuisance than a bonus. The Vita version of Assassin's Creed was almost unplayable due to the touchpad controls.
I would also add "lack of trophies". I would find it great if you would have an account-based Trophy system where you could try to get all Zelda Platinums. It is a nice feature to honour your favourite games.
