Sega opens a teaser site for a PS3/Vita game (Update 5: lol soccer game)

I was joking at first but I really am starting to think it is the next Ecco the Dolphin. First the sea now what looks like the sands of time. The last Ecco was called Ecco 2: The Tides of Time and I believe the plots of both Ecco games involved time travel.
