No, I've heard you can go stealth almost the entire game - which is why it picked my interest! Kinda awesome you can go stealth or go shoot everyone you see :P

not just that, it pretty much urges you to go stealth, because that gives you waaay more exp, so to unlock all skills it's pretty much a necessity

cool stuff! I'll have to check out some gameplay footage and make up my mind it seems ^^
