Depends on how it sounds i guess, i have often listened to music i didnt understand the words too but thought it had a great melody if that makes any sense? xD

it makes sense but i thought it's about the best songs and not the best melodies   i often listen to music in other languages i have no clue what they are about but i think i wouldn't vote for them in a "best song about your country" thread.
