They achieved this by keeping the runtime lightweight and optimising it for performance on every platform. Why did you leave out the first part? It looks current gen because its possible on current gen. Who should i believe you or the people that made the engine? |
the technology works on all of the platforms, the result (the video) cant be done on the ps3, its that simple. they can run the same demo, but it wont look the same. its really that simple. the people who made the engine are saying this. the level of detail, textures, lighting, resolution of textures cant be dont on current gen consoles. its why the video is tittled "next generation of lighting technology".

this is your second comment in this thread. then you went on and said this "Notice its only all the die hard Sony fanboys agreeing with you here? This is a stunning PS4 lighting DEMO right? Thats laughable." when i did not voice on opinion on how good or bad the video looks. and you also labeled everybody who apperantly called this video stunning or very good looking as sony fanboys. you then say false claims that this is running on ps3/360/WiiU by saying the description of the video says so, which is untrue and i showed it to you in my previous post.
your intentions are clear, stop arguing and trying to make an argument out of nothing or i will report you for calling people who liked this video sony fanboys, if you dont like the ps4 its fine by me, i dont really care. if you have an opinion say it, but dont try to start arguments in my thread. i am done replying to you as i find it a waste of my time
