You're joking? You are just comparing march to march? Seriously? You have to look at the entire trend - that's how graph analysis is done...
Now what is interesting is Mario Karts does look like a system seller - look at the spike in May 3rd, which I'm guessing has something to do with MK being released in NA on the 27th April.
SSBB does look like it causes systems to be sold, but we are only talking of 1 million at the very most, all territories included. While that is nice to see, that's not going to save any consoles, especially one that isn't proving to be popular as of this moment in time. I think consoles sell for multiple reason - amount of quality games, future prospects, franchises, price. If it doesn't have a mix of all of these, no one game or franchise can help to save it.

We have a saying here in Sweden, that goes something like this "Many small brooks leads to a big river". So while SSB4 might not save Wii U single-handedly, it will push a few consoles, and if you add a few more Nintendo franchises to that mix you have a decent selling console. You have to look at the big picture, something you have shown time and again in this thread that you're incapable of.
That is all.

Dude there is saying with the degree I got that goes along the lines of "don't jump to wild conclusions". Something to do with statistical analysis, possibly from the module I did on statistical analysis...
Don't patronise me; my reply shows I'm looking at the big picture whereas you are clearly biased and refusing to look at the entire picture.

You have shown this whole thread that you are biased - your remarks in other threads have shown the same thing time and again. You only start to look at the bigger picture when pushed to do so (as when I asked what constitute a system seller when you said NSMBw wasn't one), and some times you still fail to see it (as with the failure/success of PS3).
