Wii U is still ahead (if we don't include adjustments so there's a pretty good chance Wii U is still ahead, the gap could even be as high as 100k):

Wow what depressing numbers by the way. Everything way down :S

The reason everything is way down is because it's comparing them to the numbers from the previous year. 2012 has 12 months in, whereas this one only includes 2 and a half so far. 

Those numbers will likely end up around 20-30% down for everything bar Wii U, PSV and 3DS if you had to ask me. Though I don't really want to start that discussion here.
