For a game like Bayonetta, I think it would really suffer from outsourcing a port though.  Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2+ on Vita seems to be an outsourced port, because it supposedly runs horribly on the system.  And like Bayonetta, it's a fast paced hack 'n' slash that needs to run in 60 fps to be truly appreciated.  A cheap rush job wouldn't do the sequel any favours.
