This is definitely one of the more sensible ones to come by recently. It can't possibly cost Sega that much to port the game over, and as long as they do a better job than they did with the issues-plagued PS3 version, they'll make some desperately-needed money, and prime the pump for Bayonetta 2 release.

Nintendo could sweeten the deal by dropping royalties, or something, since it would benefit sales of the second game (proceeds of which are all Nintendo's)
