10 million units over 100 million consoles = 10%. So working with that adoption rate, why do you think the Wii U will sell exactly the same amount as the Wii? Proportionally as it stands you're looking at what, maybe a few million sales if the adoption rate skyrockets for SSBB.
Since when are core games easy? Core games are meant to be challenging and mature. Zelda is neither. And Mario Kart is a casual game - are you really going to compare it to Wipeout ot Forza?

I don't agree with you there =P Dead Rising, for example, is easy (except some bosses battle) and far from mature (It does have a solid and interesting story for a zombie game), but it is a core gamer indeed.

Yeah I get what you are saying, but Dead Rising is merely comical as opposed to childish/aimed for a young audience. The guy may be running around with a daft hat, but he is still dismembering the walking dead xD Even if you look at LBP, it's cute etc, but ends up getting damn hard later on. I think though it's just the recognition of the average age of a gamer more than anything.

Agreed. But then, I didn't listen to your previous post. You were saying the Wii does not have core games?
