I was worried that everyone would just get this on 3DS and ignore the Wii U version.

Between this and LEGO City hopefully Wii U hardware will get a boost for the week ending 23rd of March.

The 3DS version IS higher on the Amazon charts, but according to the Capcom Unity store, they had plenty of 3DS copies in stock.  With WiiU they sold out.

It already looks like this is what's going to happen.  See, all that Nintendo WiiU needed was something called games.  And not just quickie, throwaway shovelware either; but genuine, honest efforts.  Interestingly, both of these two titles are third party titles (Lego City may be published by Nintendo, but it's still technically third party).
