What did Metroid, DK or Zelda do this gen? **** ALL. What did they do 30 years ago? Only bring videogaming back to life while everyone else was trying to nickel n dime Paperboy and Pac man.

I can agree with this sentiment, but I have to admit DKCR is pretty good, and I largely enjoyed MP3. But I have to admit Nintendo's games of late could be more king of the hill

I assume you're excluding those evil casual games that attracted people to videogames and are largely responsible for the HD twins success.
