I love plastic surgery if it's done tastefully. It's a fantastic thing that people who are born ugly or get worn out from high age can become better looking just by doing an operation. The only problem with it is that it costs so much.
I also wouldn't suggest my girlfriend to do it because it's a sensitive topic and chances are she would become very upset and feel like I didn't think she was beautiful enuff, and as I mentioned, it costs too much anyway lol.
