It's a port with addional content. Besides isn't this game already on Wii and on 3DS? How many times do they expect people to buy the same game?

You must be new to Capcom publishing their big brand games and the answer is 3.

MH3U or MH3G in Japan, for the Wii U is a updated port of the 3DS game that was released in either late 2011 or early 2012 with HD graphics and online capabilites that weren't in the original 3DS game. The dual release of the Wii U and 3DS versions in Western territories means gamers can get the choice between which one they want. It has new content beyond the original Monster Hunter 3 on the Wii including new monsters as others have said.
