the Wii U will pick up pace once it's big hitters (other than 2D Mario) release, which are Mario Kart, Smash Brothers, 3D Mario and Zelda
As afaik Mario Kart and 3D Mario will be demoed (playable) at E3 I expect them to have a good chance to release before XBox3/PS4 along with Zelda WW (which ofc won't have as much of an impact as a new Zelda). So imo by that time Wii U should recover to respectable, maybe even a healthy console sales.
