What you do is take time for yourself. Best thing to do is to put away or get rid of anything that reminds you of her. Un-friend her from your facebook, delete her number, etc... Take some time for yourself, hang out with friends, do things you enjoy doing. Workout, pick up a new hobby, concentrate on yourself, and start dating when you are ready.

From what I read, it seems like you handle things wrong at times. Not saying you were at fault for the all problems in the relationship though.
