Best thing is to step back and take control. You have control of yourself so do it. You may be upset now but there is 6.4 billion people in this world. You will find someone else and forget about her. Right now just learn from your mistakes and move on. Alcohol is not the answer obviously. In fact it is a depressant and will only make it worst.
Honestly anytime I'm upset i do one of two things. i either practice lines or I hit the weights. Self improvement in this case. Focus your anger or disappointment or whatever on something else. Still at the end of the day you are the only person controlling your life so do something about it. One thing is for certain though do NOT go back to her begging or pleading though. That is a no go.
If you want to keep your mind off of her just pick up some kind of hobby though that doesnt relate to you sitting on your butt. Get out and flirt and do things besides sitting in your room crying or playing games. Hang out with friends in real life, just anything besides sitting there.
