Agreed , I noticed a statement from the head of nvidia and it was a fair way into the PS3's life saying how pleased they where with the Sony partnership , there was no our PS3 gpu is old and slow business then , another thing is they don't mention that they didn't have a real alternative to amd's apu hsa unified memory approach obviously they have differing focus and no x86 license so to them it would have meant lots of engineering resources spent to come up with something viable in a short space of time and no guarantees it would be the winning contract , this is all rather different from here's a GPU to match your CPU .
