By rhythm method, which ones did they support? Show an article besides natural that the Catholic church supported, prior to the Black Death. My understanding of the policy is that they want people to practice self control, and use sex out of love and to plan families, rather than out of carnal lust and to prevent the effects of sex. If anyone wants to show otherwise, feel free to, but this article says otherwise:
