Things are looking rather good for the PS4 and all next gen games are coming out of the woodwork because it was announced. It's developer friendly so PS4 is getting a lot of press and thus a lot of threads on here. Mix that with the lack of info coming from MS and to some extent Nintendo and you have a lot of fans getting pretty sick of Sony, so much so that some of the PS4 threads are starting to get derailed on post 1 and threads are being made to downplay or exaggerate the excitement into something else implying that PS4 will crash and burn and everyone shouldn't have been so "confident". Sony is finally going to have a home console that reflects their business practice of the last few years instead of how they started with the PS3. Looks like a great future for them.

The industry may or may not be crashing due to sales decrease YoY and the lack of consumer interest in the Wii U and Vita world wide and the 3DS in the west. Vita got that price cut and a bunch of games in Japan leading to 2 weeks of 60k sales which beat out the 3DS in Japan and Vita might beat 360 worldwide. Waiting for the new sales norm for Vita in Japan.
