ubisoft could make it for both Vita+3DS? I mean they are $$$$$ the hell out of the franchise right! AC can easily do a mil on Vita, but if they do it on both it could be like 800k-900k Vita and 600-700k 3DS. More $$$

Not sure if the 3ds can handle the AC3 engine. That's one of the main reasons they are doing these games..it's easier to make

true, I just kno Ubisoft would rather do it if they can if that earns them 500k more sales. RE revelations looked good on 3ds, AC would be harder to do?

AC is open world so i'd say it would be more taxing on the system. Also i don't know if i would want to play it without a second analog.

true, the next model they should make for 3DS should include 2 analogs! Damn Nintendo!
