If this turns out to be a MGS game than what's the point of all of this? If it turns out to be a new IP it will leave people disappointed that it's not a MGS game. Yeah, plus what if it's an exclusive? What if everyone gets hyped and it turns out to be only for the Wii U? They will just piss people off like the announcement of Bayonetta 2.

Yeah. Shadowy hype simply sux. This is not only because I'm not a particular fan of Metal Gear and Kojima (although I love Metal Gear Rising Revengeance and I'm super excited about MGS Ground Zeroes), because I would hate to see this "humor" style of hype and marketing used on my personal absolute favorite franchises (Elder Scrolls, Dark Souls, Dragon's Dogma just to mention a few). I would just go "cut the crap already, don't try to be smart and funny - show us fans what you really have in store for us"
