I don't think it will be as terrible as the last two years. I don't care what they do with the 3DS really, I'm more interested in the Wii U. Looking forward to seeing 3D Mario, Smash Bros 4, the Retro game and Mario Kart, and I am hoping for release dates for already announced games like X and that Yoshi game. I would be disappointed if they didn't announce the holiday lineup. And also I need them to confirm GameCube games for the Virtual Console.
Hoping for signs of substantial third party support and at least one major exclusive third party game.
Nintendo also need to announce a few more Wii U games. I am hoping for Star Fox and DKC Returns 2.
