Anyway, Nintendo admitted all of this themselves in their Wii U games ND. That's why they're collaborating more with companies like Namco Bandai, Platinum, Atlus, etc.
As far as the 3DS goes, Nintendo will be able to slow down on that front soon as more Japanese devs take interest -- they just have to make sure those games are being localized. And then they'll be able to focus more on Wii U development.
