Is the Kingdom Hearts HD ports proof that Kingdom Hearts 3 is PS4 exclusive?

Nope. All the third party HD remakes are on both.

I must be confusing some other titles then....but still, I doubt any 3rd parties will release any exclusives next gen, unless Sony offers an incentive of course.
