| Nem said: Ok, from what i see your main problem is letting the internet influence you. Ignore what you read in the internet. The internet blows everything out of proportion, making big deals of something almost irrelevant. Bugs on games have always happened since the days of old. The only difference here is that once someone finds one nowadays they put it on the internet and its instantly all over the web. This can be replicated to reviews/articles that change your pre-desposition towards a game. Try this: Dont read about games in the internet anymore. I know its difficult, but without these pre-emptive views there to influence you, you will see things with a fresh perspective and realise that the internet, while a great tool is getting out of hand. |
So drop $60 on something without any indication of whether it is good or not? I still would look to metacritic at least. Of course, there is the rental side of things, if that still remains around.
