Do what makes you happy. If Nintendo, the oldest console maker on the market, doesn't know how to keep fans interested and can't keep enough games coming for their loyal customers and early adopters, then I understand why you'd move on to greener pastures.
I've been playing my Wii U fairly regularly but the games I've been playing are Batman and Ninja Gaiden. Hardly anything that can't be found anywhere else.
