How have your video game systems broken?

Of the consoles I've owned that failed I had a mega drive with a broken PSU. A Saturn with a failing laser. A PS2 with a failed laser. A 360 with RROD (replaced under ms warranty, still working). I also had a Spectrum 48k fail on me in the good old days.
