Seeing as Nintendo is your profile pic, I'd say you made a big mistake. You're only going to end up buying the system in 2014 when all of your favourite franchises make an appearance. The Wii U, from an enjoyment perspective is only looking dead if you require 3rd party support for it, I.E its your only HD console... Otherwise you just it up for the 1st party stuff and get 3rd party stuff on the PS3/360... If you had no other HD consoles, then I guess you done a good thing. You can't be expected to spend from now till november with virtually no games to play and there a dozens of current gen classics that are now cheap games that bound to interest you. Still E3 is right around the corner, I would have waited to see what everyone was offering. Mayb your wallet might regret this decision
But enjoy your shiny new ps3, its my favourite console
