Does this include digital? I assume it does And wow @Spain! PS3 with 43% of the *total* market. Crazy. Wii also above 360 hmm? |
I thought it would be higher...
tiny market though isnt it...
|
That's over triple 360 and 2.4X Wii.
57% of current gen consoles vs. 19% (360) and 24% Wii. Domination in the truest sense.
What were you expecting, 70%?

I think he is refering to the size of the market.
|
I think not (when he says "I thought it would be higher")
I wouldn't call the market tiny with 800m vs. 1.8B in Germany. Germany is a big market, so I'd call Spain a medium sized market.
|
I did mean the PS3... this is Spain. Spain is the biggest Sony stronghold on the planet, literally.
...and yeah Spain its a small market. Also Germany isnt that big console market, its quite a bit smaller than France and half the size of the UK (both of which have around 25% smaller populations).
|
Of the markets we see reports about, yes. There are numerous smaller markets where PS dominates similarly.
Germany is smaller than France? Hmm I always thought it was slightly bigger.

Total sales hardware +software
UK 2.059 million euros (-22%)
Germany 1957 (-9,2%)
France 1728 (-14,7%)
Spain 725 (-16,9)
