Combining 16+ and 18+ it reaches the amazing percentage of 25%. It's in the article in the bottom link in the OP.

Real adults only play 18+ games. That's one of the reasons why I laugh at Americans. They are pretty much all wusses who don't dare to play games for ages 18 or older.

And they use letters to make a classification based on something that is measured with numbers. It's crazy.
