Will 720 and PS4 sales suffer if both are released this Holiday Season?

No, it doesn't matter. Like the Wii U, the early adopters will the fans. The two launching together may in fact boost the collective hype, not unlike when Wii and PS3 launched. Of course Wii overshadowed PS3 a bit, but I still don't think it hurts.
