What is the case for the Wii U getting PS4 and next Microsoft console content?

If you ask me, a game like Killzone: Shadowfall would be able to run on Wii U (with graphical downgrades) without harming the gameplay.
However, we will certainly see many games that make good use of PS4/720 hardware and would be hard to pull off on Wii U.
