Same here. You brought up how the 3DS sold 200k on price cut week...why would you bring that up? Because you expected Vita to do similar numbers. Which is unrealistic, since this is Vita which sold 11k units the week before. Vita did put up a fight against the 3DS on price cut week. 17k is a measly difference and much better than it was a few months ago when 3DS outsold Vita 20 to 1. That's it. Stop YOUR rubbish.

You seem to be the only one with unrealstic Vita expectations. So get your expectations down, it's going to take years for Vita to put up a fight on a weekly basis.

Where the fuck did I say I expected it to match the 200k?! I used the 3DS cut numbers to show how long it took to drop to these "impressivex" Vita numbers. Its pretty obvious to any educated individual that Ive been talking about this week, thus the 17k away comments earlier.

I expected around 80k. The highest of 95k and the lowest of 65k. Youre expectations are just as "bad" as mine with your pathetic 40k numbers.

I dont expect it to match the 3DS every week, I expected it to match the 3DS this fucking week.

Remember that even though Vita is cheaper, it's still more expensive than the 3DS. 3DS has huge games released and coming, the nation knows its quality and is crazy about it. 62k doesn't look great on its own, but when you compare it to 77k of 3DS it actually looks good and is close enough. Vita had nothing going its way for months, this is the first step and it's really ok, since the market has undeniably reacted to the cut. Now we have to wait and see what the sales in March and April are going to be like and I think they should be good, since there are many games coming.

And there really is no use in comparing Vita to 3DS, as it will never beat it and it doesn't need to do it. All that matters at this point is whether Vita becomes a viable platform and stays on the market or becomes discontinued and dies. Looking at how more and more Japanese games set their sales records on Vita, I hope that it continues to get 3rd party support and pick up sales.
