Payday 2 dev - next gen consoles may drop crippling game patch costs

actually i kind of want the high price for the patches to stay in a way, it would make developers not rely on patches so much since they cost a lot and try to actually finish the game when shipping it. something a lot of developers havent been doing lately (looking at you medal of honor)
