It does, but its pretty useless.
for example an MPAA spy decided to seed an episode of lost.
even if your download is encrypted and the packets cant be read by the internet provider, your IP is still with the MPAA spy youre sharing the file with. They check your IP with your Internet provider and BAM your getting mail that youre infringing copyright. |
wel you can encrypt the entire transfer so it just looks like your downloading a bunch of images or something. Also a good encryption wont allow your IP to be traced that easily. even by your ISP. This is why I use Bit-Tornado. The stealth encryption is quite good.
