Anyways as for M$ passing this off to consumers its going to happen. The point of any company is to increase your bottom line. Fines decrease their bottom line. In order to make stock holders happy in some way M$ will HAVE to pass this off to consumers. Thats just how business works. No matter if it was their fault. |
The point is that Ms AGREED to add a second browser and didnt follow thru. If they objected so much to the idea of another browser, then why did they even agree to it. I mean it would be have probably cost them less to take court action if they didnt like the rules. Yet they didnt and later on down the line they chose to ignore the requirement for the additional browser.
