There's only been 1 God of War game on PS3 though. How can people be tired of the series? God of War 3 scored in the 90s.
Then there's Gears of War trilogy which have all come out on XBox 360 and they all scored in the 90s. It is ridiculous. I sense a double standard here. I guess shooters get a free pass.

there has been up to this point 6 god of war titles in general and from what i hear there isn't a lot of change between each titles

No one cares. The PSP titles don't count as far as I'm concerned.
There has only been 1 God of War game made for PS3 and Ascension would be the 2nd one.

they do count to everyone else but you they also released the PSP games on the PS3 so yeah they are as real as god of war 3

No, they dont' count seeing as how they are PSP ports lmfao. Anything released as a collection doesn't count. I assume you think there's been 3 Jak & Daxter games released on PS3 as well right. LOL.

1 PS3 God of War game. That's it. If some people played too much God of War that's their problem. If I played every COD game I'd have a hard time getting excited for the next one too.

also 2 PS2 titles so don't ignore the existence of the first titles just because they are PS2 games

I'm talking current-gen here. I know there are more God of War gams out there but an exclusive God of War game that maxes out the PS3......God of War Ascension is only the 2nd one this gen. I myself never played 1, 2 or the PSP games. I'm not burnt out on the series like some people might be.
God of War is a hack n' slash game and compared to the competition such as Metal Gear Rising and DMC...I'm pretty confident that it's the better game. I don't know what kind of scale they used for these reviews but Ascension is in no way a 79. I can tell you that without even playing it. If I'm wrong I'll come back and edit this post in a few weeks once I beat the game.
