Certainly not. PS4 and Xbox 3 will get all that 3rd Party Goodness. So they will have plenty games right from launch. Even if some of those have ports on older consoles, it doesn't really matter. The Problem with the Wii U is, that the ports look and feel exactly the same as on the 7th Gen. But on PS4 and Xbox 3, all the games will look significantly better with faster loading times and whatnot. So the upports will more likely be considered as Next-Gen Versions, giving hardcore gamers a good reason to upgrade.
Apart from the better lineup, the consoles themselves will also feel a lot more like Next-Gen. Not only because of power, but because of the modern Operating Systems with a shitload of Internet Features. You can see the value in the new consoles when you first look at them or even just hear about them. With the Wii U, you just have this ridicilously large thing of Controller with a screen on it. That's it. There are no games and the games available don't show any difference from 7th Gen games. so for 3rd Party Titley, People have absolutely zero reasons to go Wii U. And there are too few Nintendo titles for people to spend 350+ $ on a console.
PS4 and Xbox 3 will more likely struggle because of supply issues. But on a weekly basis, they will never even come close to the numbers Wii U is doing right now.
