GEARS 2 OR RESISATANCE 2 WHICH WILL SELL MORE?

I'd say Gears 2 would, but if R2 turns out to be as amazing as I think it will be (chances are good, this is Insomniac), then it could be fairly close, considering the fact that there are more 360s out there. Not too close though.
