It's basically already happened. Takashi Tezuka is taking over as head of EAD, and he's already been in charge of several games like the NSMB series in which Miyamoto has had little to no involvement. Miyamoto is working on smaller projects and deliberately staying out of the way so people can slowly get used to him not being there.
The Screamapillar is easily identified by its constant screaming—it even screams in its sleep. The Screamapillar is the favorite food of everything, is sexually attracted to fire, and needs constant reassurance or it will die.
