Can the Vita start to outsell the 3DS in NA?

Unless the 3DS can come up with anything, then I could see it possibly happening. Japan might negate that, though.

It would take something ridiculous, like the Vita's price being dropped by $100, then surprise-dropped by another $50 two weeks later.
