Can the Vita start to outsell the 3DS in NA?

this month is pretty much out of the question, hell until september its pretty much out of the question. but could we see a day where the vita outsells the 3ds in NA on a somwhat regularly basis

I don't know about a regular basis, no I don't see it happening for a while, however once the Vita gets the games it needs, and 3DS starts to wear down, the Vita will start to beat it. 

Playstation systems are always slow burners, when it finally gets steam, it will outsell the 3DS during various drought montsh, and towards the end of it's lifecycle. Don't expect it to become a common occurence though.
