Yes. Yes, they did. Generally roll my eyes at such an accusation but really it more a question of 'did they' rather than 'wouldnn't they'. In a global poitcal spy scene you shouldn't assume anything. That said, governments like Venezuela's can come up with such nonsense.

I was not sure if he was still alive, if he is then Cuba has some awesome doctors.
